蕃茄炒蛋 (stir-fried tomato and eggs) - Scramble 4 eggs with salt, sesame oil, and rice wine until 90% done. Remove from pan. Cook 2 chopped tomatoes with scallions, salt, sugar, and rice wine vinegar until just softened. Stir a bit of cornstarch with water and add to pan, cooking until thickened. Add the eggs back in and mix. Serve over rice! #notcontest #Chinese #comfortfood
