#notcontest Vegetarian Quinoa Chilli
Sauté chopped onion and garlic in crockpot on high (covered) with selection of chilli spices (your choice). Add diced yellow pepper, grated carrot & frozen corn. Next use leftovers from fridge. Previously cooked quinoa, rice & homemade refried beans. Add a can of tomatoes and some Libby's beans if you have any. Serve with fried egg and avocado slices.
