I grabbed some homemade veggie stock from the freezer and warmed it up, started the risotto by sweating onion, garlic, and ginger, then added radish, rice, wine, ladles of stock throughout at this point, then the radish greens, then the previously pickled carrots from my fridge (with some cumin, peppercorns, ginger, and mustard seeds in there), followed by fresh parsley and copious amounts of a few types of cheese.
