Random but amazing concoction I stumbled upon.
Didn't have Thai peanut sauce so I marinated a chicken breast in peanut butter and soy sauce. Grilled it with a little more soy and lemon juice.
Boiled plain ramen noodles, and instead of using the packet of chicken seasoning, I used more lemon juice and a little olive oil and pepper.
Steamed broccoli and cauliflower were a perfect last minute add on. Added a little garlic to them and then stirred them into the ramen/chicken pot.
Best meal I've ever made for myself probably. This is going to become a staple. Also it only costs like $1 per meal.
