This is a quick vegetable broth soup that I made on the fly. Is the kind of soup you make when you're sick and don't want to eat and I'm probably not going to eat this today I'm probably going to save it for tomorrow. I'm mid pack for moving so the kitchen is a wreck but I've been itching to cook all week.
Start a small pot of water boiling.
Add vegetable bullion.
Dice what vegetables you like. I used less then a cup of each:
Season as you like. I used:
A slash of vinegar since I added too much garlic.
Salt and black pepper
