Sauté your Brussels sprouts for a bit and then add your cooked ground beef. Add a little sesame oil and soy sauce and let it sit to flavor the meat. Then add your rice and some tomatoes and you've got what I like to call an 'Italian-ish Stir-fry.' The main squeeze called it a hodge-podge of everything in a bowl, and he's not wrong, since it only happened because it was a 'use whatever leftover veggies from the fridge I had left' kind of night, but man was it tasty!
