I made an orange glaze with freshly squeezed orange, zest, honey, hoisin sauce and brown sugar. I put quinoa in a rice cooker with chicken broth and shiitake mushrooms. I sautéed Bok Choy, snow peas, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, carrots and celery! Then I matchstick cut celery, carrots, scallions and shiitake mushrooms w/ hoisin sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce. I then filled won ton wrappers and wrapped them like egg rolls sealing them with an egg yolk.
