6 wild caught red Patagonian shrimp ( size 21/25)
Green leaf
Olive oil
Garlic
Avocado
Peach

Preparation method
Shrimp :
Place frozen shrimp in a pot of boiling water for about 75 seconds max.
Then sauté whit olive oil, chopped garlic.
Take a pot and mix the avocado and peach chopped and green leaf
That's all
