Eggs in purgatory. Sauté mushrooms and onions in olive oil, add spicy sausage. Once cooked, add marinara. Add mixture to ramekins and crack an egg on top. Bake at 400 for about 35-40 minutes depending how cooked you like your egg. I like to make a batch of the filler on Sunday's and pop one in the oven in the morning while getting ready for work.
