Roasted Chicken and Quinoa Salad with Spicy Harissa Yogurt | Combine diced roasted chicken and halved cherry tomatoes to cooked quinoa. Stir. In a separate bowl mix together plain yogurt, salt, cumin, chopped cilantro and spicy harissa. Add a few hearty spoonfuls of harissa yogurt to the quinoa salad. Top with chopped cilantro.
