#Spicy Chicken fry#
1 kg fresh Chicken- skinless
2 Onions- nicely chopped
4 Green chilies- nicely chopped or slit in the middle
1 Cinnamon stick
2 table spoons of Coriander
1 table spoon of Jeera
1 table spoon of Black pepper
1 table spoon chilly powder
1 tea spoon of Turmeric
5 garlic pieces
Medium piece of Ginger
Coriander leaves to garnish
Take the chicken in an empty bowl# mix it with salt, turmeric and chilly powder. Marinate for 15mins.
# grind - ginger, garlic and the above spices into fine paste. Keep it aside
# pour some olive oil in the frying pan and after heating add the finely chopped onions, curry leaves and chillys and fry till they turn into Golden brown.
# then add the spices paste
# fry it till 8 to 10mins until the oil is separated from the paste.
# then add chicken and mix it. Place the lid until the chicken leaves the water. After 10mins take out the lid and then fry.
# once you feel the chicken is fried properly, garnish it with coriander leaves.
Now it's ready to Serve
