Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce Penne with leftover grilled chicken and roasted asparagus, topped with roasted hazelnuts. While the penne cooks warm butter over medium heat, gently sauté a couple of chopped garlic cloves in the butter. Add about a cup of cream, then Gorgonzola. Stir until it begins to thicken. Add the cooked pasta (save a little pasta water just in case) add in chicken, asparagus and season generously with salt and pepper. When ready to serve sprinkle chopped roasted hazelnuts on top.
