Pasta with avocado sauce, quick-roasted tomatoes, lemon zest, Parmesan shavings, and red pepper flakes.

Halve cherry tomatoes, toss with olive oil and salt, and broil on high until blistered. Blend 1 avocado with 2 garlic cloves, a glug of olive oil, the juice of a lemon, 2 handfuls of basil, plus S+P. Toss with cooked pasta and tomatoes and top with above toppings.
