Boiled brown rice. Sweet potato and dates baked with olive oil drizzle at 180*C until soft and browned. Kale massaged with a bit of lemon juice and olive oil. A few roasted cashews.
But the dressing is what totally ties the bowl together:
1 garlic clove minced in a mortar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp water
Pinch of salt
