Agreed with Caitlin! But for 3 cups of oats I typically use about 1/2 cup sweetener and between 1/4-1/2 cup oil. Adjust it for taste (for example if I add dried fruit after baking, I'll use less liquid sweetener). I have a few granola recipes that I rely on written up on my website (600acres.com) if you want something with more specific directions!
