Sourdough pancakes to kick off the weekend and prevent my starter from getting out of control!
Mix 3/4 cup flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg and 1/2 cup sourdough starter. Pour wet mix into dry ingredients. Let rest for 10 minutes then add 2 tablespoons melted butter. Delish! #breakfast #Sourdoughstarter
