Steam beets the easy way by washing and trimming the beets, placing in a baking dish with deep sides, cutting beets in half as needed. Sprinkle with sea salt, add a good drizzle of olive oil, and then fill with about 1 inch of water. Place into a 375F oven, and cover with a sheet tray or tin foil, or use a covered baking dish. Bake until tender, depending on the size of your beets. Simply peel the skins off once beets cool under running warm water!
