Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Roast salmon with some salt and pepper in the over for 12 mins (depending on the thickness) at 425. Meanwhile, sautéed Swiss chard and dandelion greens in coconut oil with some salt and pepper until tender. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top. Place salmon on a bed of greens.
