I added 1 stalk celery, a big chunk of beet, 1 small carrot, the juice of 2 grapefruit and about 2-3 inch piece of ginger and gave it a few swirls in my nutrabullet! Voilà ! Breakfast is ready.

I'm keeping it light in the spring~using the principles of Ayurveda ?
