I have just the medecine for your morning-after misery. It's savory, cheesy, a little greasy, molto italiana, and very delicious.

Prepare tomato sauce using canned diced tomato, fresh cherry tomatoes, pinch of salt & pepper, parmagiano reggiano, oregano, basil and a spoon of sugar.
Make meatballs from ground beef, dried oregano & basil, salt & pepper.
Cook the meatballs for 10 minutes in the tomato sauce. The pan should be covered with a lid.
Preheat oven to 150degree celsius. Place tomato sauce and meatballs im heatproof bowls.
Slice buffalo mozzarella and cover the meatballs with it.
Place bowls in the oven for about 5minutes or until the cheese melts away.
