Light lunch!

Smoked salmon
Handful Spinach
Handful Kale
Bunch of Fresh peas
A few Cherry tomatoes
One Celery stick
Few leaves fresh mint

Heat up a wok with some olive oil, and simply toss everything in for a few minutes over low heat until the kale softens. I like to add an OXO Vegetable cube for some flavor, but you can add whatever you like! ? enjoy! ?
