Our editor Leslie's Saturday morning #brunch tradition: Whisk together 5 eggs and pan-fry in more butter than you think you need. Once it starts to firm, add your favorite cheese (she went with sharp cheddar here) and chopped, roasted vegetables. Fold in half and cook until the cheese is melted and you're so hungry you can't wait another minute. Cut in half and eat with creamed honey-cinnamon toast or devour directly from the pan. ??
