These crispy vegetables are baked and not fried. Just cut sticks of vegetables put them in a bowl and add whatever seasoning you want. Add the olive oil make sure that all the vegetables are well oiled. Preheat the oven to 250C leave them for 30 minutes last 2 minutes use grill and air if they are not crispy enough
