Irish soda bread from memory: just remember 1.5, 0.5, 2 - 1.5 cups each whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, buttermilk; 1.5 teaspoons each salt, baking soda, cream of tartar; 0.5 cup wheat germ; 2 tablespoons each butter and sugar. 400* F for 45 min.
