1: heat bacon over med-low heat (3.5 on my stove). Add potatoes when there's some grease. Cover.
2: remove bacon when it's done* and add kale. Cover.
3: once the taters are pretty much done, clear a circle and add an egg (or two). Cover. Throw something nice in the toaster now too.
4: it's all done when you want it to be!
*tip: You can rest the bacon on top of the potatoes for a lil bit to drain it. It's kinda cute, like a blanket.
