Batter fried speckled trout tacos with corn
tortillas, adobo slaw and black beans. ???
Cut fish into small chunks. Combine equal parts cornstarch and flour, salt and pepper and cajun seasoning, and enough lager to make it about the consistency of crepe batter. Add a few ice cubes, and wait for these to melt in the fridge.
Toast tortillas. Prep slaw by combining a smidgen adobo, red pepper, Savoy cabbage, green onions, lime juice, mayo, cilantro, Cajun seasoning, radish, s&p. The slaw should be really, really flavorful.
