Post- run breakfast: break 2 eggs into a cup. Add salt, pepper, snipped chives and a splash of cream. Whisk together. Chop last night's leftover broccoli and green beans into pieces. Put two pieces of bread in the toaster. Heat a small pan, and melt a knob of garlic butter in it. Cook the veg until heated through. Add the eggs and scramble. Butter the toast, pile on the egg and cover with grated Parmesan. #breakfast #eggs
