While I was dreaming #pastapot #stock was a #brewing ~ #allnightlong ~ using the pasta pot makes the process faster & easier I have found. This has become a weekend tradition. It's nice because I have a rich #broth ready to serve. I just need to add my bites, crunchies, extra flavorings, grains & dinner is served! It's nice because you can make a different #soup every night just by changing up key ingredients, spices, herbs & flavored oils.
Once I strain this ~ I let it cool and refrigerate it - then skim off the fat. #easybreezy
In the pot~ I change up my ingredients based on what I have and rinse but barely chop or even peel my veggies ~ usually a chicken/turkey neck or back, (I've done this with seafood too) onions, garlic, #ginger #turmeric fennel, carrots, celery, #turnips, peppercorns, Rosemary, parsley, green chili, bay leaf, etc... #happyeating #happycooking #chitchaatchai #seasonaleating
