Veggie lasagna. Tomato sauce made with olive oil, onions, garlic, 2 tins chopped toms, fresh basil. Roasted courgettes, peppers, chunky onions. Layers of frilly-edged lasagna sheets, tomato sauce, filled with roasted veg, topped with creme fraiche mixed with a ton of Parmesan, and a ball of mozz ripped over the top. Bake.
