Shredded lamb shoulder on a bed of broccoli, with a mint and pomegranate yogurt.
Slow cook the lamb in pomegranate juice. After 4 hours remove the juice and place in a small pot, add honey and reduce until thick and sticky. Meanwhile let the lamb cook in the oven. When the glaze is reduced pour it over the lamb and let it cook for another 30 min.
Shred and serve with a mint and pomegranate yogurt and broccoli.
