Prepping a giant batch of buttermilk biscuit dough for the freezer. I freeze the unbaked biscuits on a cookie sheet until solid, toss in a Ziploc and bake just a few as needed.

Could you please provide steps what all you have mixed and preparation of dough. Does buttermilk means butter plus milk or yogurt shake?

Dry ingredients are whisked together, butter is cut into the dry ingredients and then buttermilk is stirred into it. Buttermilk is not a mix of anything, it's bought as is. Originally it was the liquid leftover from making butter from fresh cream, but I buy it from the store ready to use.

Yum! What a great addition to have with any dinner meal! Good idea prepping them and just storing them in the freezer for quick use whenever.
