Savory Buns! Bloom 1 packet yeast in 1/4 cup warm water in the stand mixer bowl. Heat 3/4 cup water with 1/4 cup condensed milk (because it was in your fridge opened and half-used) and 3 tbsp unsalted butter. Add 1 egg, milk mixture, 2 tsp salt plus 3 1/2 to 4 cups 00 flour to yeast mixture and mix with a fork to a shaggy dough. Knead for 5 minutes. Roll out to a 9x13 rectangle with more flour. Mix 1 stick room temp butter with 1 packet Boursin cheese and spread over dough. Roll dough up and chill in the freezer for 5 mins until firm (I didn't do). Cut into rolls and place cut side down in a greased 9 inch cake tin. Let rise 45 min. Brush with butter, sprinkle with salt and bake at 375 for 40 min.
