Sous vide duck breast at 135° for 3 hours, roast potatoes with duck fat until they're crispy, plate on top of a bed of sautéed garlic green beans then top with a black berry sauce that is just black berries cooked until their juices come out, pressed through a sieve, add some stock and reduce again.
