No knead bread, on its second rise. Made it with my 4-year-old yesterday. Stir together bread flour, salt, yeast and water, let rise in a covered bowl in the fridge for 24 hours, shape into a ball and let rise again in a floured towel for an hour or two. Heat a Dutch oven in the oven at 425 degrees, flour the inside and turn the dough into it. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then 10 more uncovered.
