Always toss your salad + dressing in an extra large bowl to help coat everything evenly. And don't forget a sprinkle of salt and pepper - sounds silly, but makes it feel more like a full meal!

This salad: romaine lettuce, finely diced red onions, crumbled feta, raisins, pecans, crushed sesame stick crackers and quinoa, plus grilled chicken today! Topped with a simple olive oil + balsamic vinegar dressing.
