Whole wheat bread with avocado seasoned with Himalayan salt and pepper. Pineapple chucks and banana chia pudding (1 very ripe banana, 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 T cinnamon, 2-3 tsp 100% pure maple syrup,
1/3 cup chia seeds) Top with a little whipping cream.
