Mediterranean dip perfect for parties! I went all out on this one but you can edit down based on what you've got laying around. The base is any flavored hummus (I chose garlic) then add a layer of chopped cucumber and seeded chopped tomato. Add a layer of plain Greek yogurt. Drain and chop marinated artichokes add a layer of that. Now this is the fun part, I added sun dried tomatoes, kalamata onions, banana peppers, feta cheese, capers and parsley. I also added a lemon and evoo vinaigrette which tasted amazing but made it a bit runny after a few hours. Serve with pita chips or pita bread!
