Chocolate caramel pot de crème!

First make a caramel using the dry method. To this, add milk, cream and boil. Temper in your eggs and sugar. Finally, add your chocolate while whisking and voila!

To garnish you can use mint, berries, chocolate shards or little quenelles of cream in any combination that suits you!
