I make granola a little differently every time. Today, dry ingredients included pistachios, almonds, walnuts, oats, sesame seeds, quinoa, and chia seeds. Wet ingredients included maple syrup, mashed banana, tahini, and olive oil. I sweetened with muscovado sugar. To make it extra clumpy (I am ALL about the clumps), I used a tip I saw on (Not)Recipes and stirred in a few tablespoons of hot water. I baked at 300 for 40 minutes, then turned off the oven but left the pan inside until things were all cool. Then I added so much dried fruits (figs and dates). This will keep the next two weeks of mornings happy!!
