Contributors Editor Sarah Jampel makes her granola a little differently every time -- you too? This batch includes pistachios, almonds, walnuts, oats, sesame seeds, quinoa, and chia seeds for dry ingredients. And maple syrup, mashed banana, tahini, and olive oil for the wet ingredients (plus a little muscovado sugar to sweeten it up). For extra clumps, she stirred in a couple of tablespoons of hot water (a tip she picked up here on (Not)Recipes!) and baked it at 300F for 40 minutes, then turned off the oven but left the pan inside until everything cooled and then added in dried fruit.
