Meal prep first 2 dishes & side

Turkey meatballs take 1:
1/2 package ground turkey
add:
Finally chopped fresh mint & cilantro
Lemongrass, ginger, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar
Roll into balls, coat in a drop of sugar
Bake @40 for 20 minutes or until done

Meatball take 2 (bottom corner black container)
1/2 package ground turkey add:
Finally chopped olives, spinach, mint, rosemary, thyme, parsley, feta
Bake @40 for 20 minutes or until done

Butternut squash
Roast 20 minutes @ 400 add in fresh cranberries roast 15 minutes drizzle some honey cook a few minutes longer until cranberries start to burst
*finish with honey, cheese, or cinnamon if desired
