Tossed Garden Salad with a side of Simple Chicken Breast
1 - Chop up all the veggies you can find, throw in some black beans and some kalamata olives, add a dollop of creamy garlic Italian dressing that someone left your frogs and toss.
2 - Sous-vide a chicken breast at 140 degrees for 1 hour and finish it off on the stove in a hot cast iron skillet with olive oil after sprinkling it with salt and pepper. Slice and top tossed salad.
3 - Eat and enjoy.
