Broiled salmon glazed with fig balsamic, champagne vinegar, and olive oil. Marinate fish for 15-30 minutes, broil on high 7-8 minutes for medium, basting with glaze after first 5 minutes. Top with remaining glaze when it comes out of the oven. Accompanied by sautéed broccoli rabe. Sunday night feast ready in >30 minutes ?
