Have leftover ham? Wash and thinly slice 5 red potatoes. Melt 3T butter & sauté 1/2 chopped onion. Add 2T minced garlic. Add 2T flour and mix till bubbly. Slowly add 2 cups milk & 1/3 brick velveeta. In a greased pan layer 1/3 potato slices and ham repeating 3 times. Pour over cheese sauce. Bake covered 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft. Let sit and dive in.
