No tortillas? No problem. The key is the cilantro sauce- blend about half cup full fat plain Greek yogurt with 1 bundle of cilantro, juice of a lime, a jalapeño, & 2 garlic cloves, salt/pepper to taste. Fill tortilla of choice (I used purple cabbage leaves) with fillings of choice (I used leftover sautéed Adobe chicken, quinoa, carrots, salsa, and avocado). Top with ample serving of cilantro sauce. These tacos are great for a quick lunch
