Oven roasted salmon with pesto, and asparagus tossed in brown butter.
Dot salmon with butter and sprinkle with salt. Roast in 425° oven for 5-6 minutes. Spread pesto on top during the last minute.
Blanch asparagus in boiling water (I used a wok) until they turn bright green, drain. Pour out water from pan, turn heat down to medium low, and add a few tablespoons of butter and brown. Once it's developed some color, pour over asparagus, and season with salt.
