Vegan Sorrel soup! Fresh sorrel from garden, farmers market early potatoes and shallots. Fresh thyme. No cream or butter, but lemony-rich and creamy from the potatoes. Purée in blender. Toppings are homemade #fermented daikon and carrot, ourple cabbage and raw zucchini spirals.
