1/2 lbs of sashimi grade salmon
Steamed rice mixed with 2 tablespoon of mirin and rice vinegar
Wedge of 1 blood orange
2 tbsp Finely chopped garlic
3 tbsp of finely chopped green onion
2 tbsp of finely chopped shallots
4 tablespoon of finely chopped red and yellow peppers
1/8 cup of soy sauce
1 tbsp siracha
2 tbsp sesame oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/8 cup of cilantro leaves
Mix the marinade and Mix it into the 1/8 inch cube salmon for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, mix in cilantro leaves and blood orange wedges. Serve on top of seasoned rice and roasted seaweed.
