Mix up oat & almond flours, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir the wet into the dry until just combined. Fry up in a skillet and top with yogurt, preserves, and walnuts.
