Key Lime Pie with homemade honey whipped cream on top, a great easy dessert for those warmer months

Graham cracker crust, filling with 1/2 cup lime juice, zest of 2 limes, 4 egg yolks and 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Make sure to chill for at least 4 hours, best if overnight! Put whipped cream and some more lime zest on the pie right before serving

Bake the crust first for about 15 minutes (350 degree oven), let it cool a bit then pour in the filling. Cook for about 20 minutes until it's set, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours!
